The Experience
Because we prioritize the experience our couples receive, we only take on about 24 weddings per year out of hundreds of inquiries.

From 4 hours to 12, we offer both prebuilt and custom a la carte wedding collections to suit your individual needs.
When you inquire, you'll receive a response within 48 hours with a few questions to get a better idea of whether we'll be a great fit and how we can best serve you if your desired date is available.
Depending on your schedule and availability, we'll either send you the pricing guide via email or schedule a meeting or phone call to discuss your values and needs.
A deposit is required to reserve your date. After that is made, payment plans for up to one year are available for your convenience.
After you've become a KNP Couple, we'll welcome you with the 100-page digital welcome guide that will walk you through all of the big planning hurdles! You'll schedule your engagement session at your convenience as well as our uniquely designed Hallmarking Meetings for planning and details leading up to your wedding. Of course, we're available for those moments of panic, too! We have your back.
At KNP, we fill the role of coordinator if there isn't one already. It's on us to complete your detailed timeline, give vendor recommendations, and ensure your wedding day is stress free.

There's a lot that goes into deciding how many hours you need a photographer, if you need one or two photographers, and how to maximize your time. To give you a head start on this topic, consider the following amount of time segments your photographer will likely need for each event of your special day*:
How many hours do you need a photographer?
Details - One to two hours
(Documenting venue, cake, dress, accessories, bouquet, invitations, and more)
Getting ready photos - Twenty minutes
Putting on dress photos and bridal portraits - Thirty minutes
Bridesmaids photos - Thirty minutes to one hour
First look with fiancé - Thirty minutes to one hour
First look with any other person or group - Twenty minutes each
Groomsmen photos - Thirty minutes
Ceremony - Thirty minutes to one hour with cushion on the top end
Family formals/cocktail hour - Thirty minutes to one hour depending on guest count and number of groupings

Whatever wedding collection you choose, we are here with you every step of the way. Heck, if you get a wild hair and want to add another hour or a boudoir/dudoir session, we can do that! We give you the space to plan as conservatively or elaborately as you like because we'd appreciate the same. We also understand that life happens, so if we absolutely have to downgrade, we can do that too.
If you realize you forgot something important and it wakes you up in the middle of the night, shoot us a text. If someone loses a button on wedding day, don't worry, there's a sewing kit and every thing else you could imagine in the "Oh Sh*t Bag" that accompanies Kensey to every wedding. Oh, and you can rely on us to be your pals for life.
