Callie and Nathan found me online a few months ago and loved that I was from Lubbock, as they both graduated from Texas Tech and met each other there! Callie, a hydrogeologist, and Nate, an Officer in the USMC, are some of the coolest people I’ve ever met. They planned their entire wedding from different states. Nate was stationed in Virginia, and Callie had moved to Jupiter, FL on her own to launch her career. I’m still in awe of how well they pulled the wedding together from afar, and even more so that they maintained a strong relationship in the process while being miles away from each other. Their wedding venue Dallas Texas was a strong pick as well! I’m just in love with the land, building, and animals.
To illustrate Callie’s personality, I asked her for a list of all of the vendors for her wedding. I asked where Nate would be getting his suit and she replied, “Uh, the Marines?” Obviously, Kensey. I have moments where I just don’t use my brain at all. Anyone relate?

To thicken the plot, the coordinator of this wedding texted Callie thirty minutes before she was supposed to arrive and notified her that there had been a family emergency and she couldn’t come to the wedding. It’s fine, this is fine, everything is FINE! Between Bella Cavalli’s amazing staff, the wedding party, my husband, and the DJ, we pulled it off without a hitch. It was by some miracle, but it worked out just fine. This is what made me finally decide to also offer coordinating services as an add-on because I had that wedding in check! This was such a sweet First Look. It was blisteringly hot outside and I didn’t want them to melt while reading their private vows with each other. It was meant to be an intimate and quiet moment with the two of them and people arrived WAY early. So, we moved everyone outside for these few moments to keep the couple cool and the bride hidden away from guests. While the guests were overheating, I’m glad we did this indoors. The couple is always my first priority over anyone else. This wedding venue Dallas, Texas was perfect for an indoor or outdoor first look!
